It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Clay Hogan Hackney in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Versailles, Kentucky, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Frederick Hackney; her parents, William Clarence Hogan and Stella Martin Hogan; her son Donald Keith Hackney; and her siblings, Russell Hogan, Clarence Hogan, Dean Hogan and Pat Bonta.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Hackney (Tara) and Mary Dean Vertuca (Philip).
