He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Lamb; his siblings, Carl, David, Mary and Danny; his children, Jeremy (Tina), Brandon and Kirsten (Will); and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Conner, Morgan, James, Michael, Katelyn, Caroline, Shelby and Charlotte.
