He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Rozovich and Mary Savin Rozovich; and his grandson Adam Michael Rozovich. He is survived by: his wife Janis Stephens Rozovich; his children, Michael Rozovich II (Jennifer) of Aiken and Mona Rozovich (Lee Irwin) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchild Lindsay Brooke Rozovich (Ronny Bates); his great grandchildren, Audrey Rozovich and Ruby Nell Bates; and his sister Mary Elaine Mathews. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
