He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blethen; his sons, Chris Blethen (Angela), Chad Blethen and Kevin Blethen (Caitlin); his granddaughters, Skyler Blethen, Ava Blethen and Penny Blethen; his father Jack Johnson; and his siblings, Sheryl Hartley (Dennis), Pat Blethen (Jeri), Casey Blethen (Carol), Jeff Johnson and Steven Johnson.
