It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Fazioli of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Fazioli and Mary Fazioli; and his siblings, Mark Fazioli, Tony Fazioli and Rita Fazioli.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Fazioli; his daughter Jessica Leigh Guillen; his grandchildren, Alan Guillen, Alondra Guillen and Aurora "Lola" Guillen; his sisters, Donna Kussad and Mary Fazioli (Bridget Perkins); and his nieces and nephews, Donya Caster, Leeza Hurley, Aimee Vega, Tricia Edwards, Johanna Goshorn, Eric Maerz, Jordan Goshorn and Tommy Kellogg.
