Michael Clay Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Clay of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on October 29, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson Derrick Thomas; his parents, Elleanor Ludy Sims and Roscoe Clay; and his brother James "Jimmy" Ludy. He is survived by: his son Marquis Thomas; his granddaughter Tiffany Nicole Thomas; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Aaron, Vanessa, Ameilah and Tayvion; and his siblings, Darlene Sims-Freeman, Chester (Valeria Sims), Larry (Stephanie Sims) and Stephon (Shauwn Sims). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the O. L. Hughes and Sons Mortuary (322 E Third St, Lexington, KY 40508).
