He was predeceased by: his father William Hall; and his siblings, William "Billy" Cheak, Thomas Cheak and Martha Watts (Ike). He is survived by: his children, William M. Cheak (Jamie) of Lexington, Jeffrey D. Cheak (Mandy R.) of Lexington, Angela J. Cheak of Harrodsburg and Terri L. Cheak of Lexington; his brothers, Richard Cheak of Burgin, Robert Cheak (Annette) of Burgin and Gerald David Cheak (Connie) of Burgin; his grandchildren, Brittany Marie Cheak, Logan Maurice Cheak, Lane Compton Cheak and McKenzie Brooke Cheak; and his great grandchild Luke Delano Hebert.
