He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Liter and Bernie Liter of Bedford, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Cherry Rodgers Liter; his sons, Michael Liter (Deborah) and Scott Liter (Amanda); his grandchildren, Simon, Ian, Ashlyn, Lauryn, Eli and Andrew; and his siblings, Field Wayne Liter (Linda) and Diane Liter Melvin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
