She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth H. "Ted" Stumbo and Evelyn Marlene Smith Stumbo. She is survived by: her siblings, Keith Stumbo (Karen) of Harold, KY and Suzanne Stumbo of Ivel, KY; and her nieces, Kaitlyn Tate (Jonathan) and Mikayla Stumbo. She is also survived by numerous other cousins and relatives.
