Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Ruth Ragan (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 84, on July 11, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Hale and Nettie Hale; and her husband Harold Wayne Ragan. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Ragan, Sherrie Ragan Fleckinstein and Lisa Ragan Farthing (Rob); her grandchildren, Riley Duff (Jodi), Meredith Duff, Stanley Fleckinstein (Kara), Elizabeth Fleckinstein, Ben Farthing (Jessi), Austin Farthing and Molly Farthing; and her sisters, Jean Massengale and Charldean Steil. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Meals on Wheels.
