She was predeceased by: her father Glen Means; and her daughter Mary Lee Gibbins. She is survived by: her spouse Aylette "A. J." Gibbins, Sr.; her mother Nettie Eversole Means; and her children, Aylette Jefferson Johnson Gibbins, Jr. and Nettie Marie Gibbins. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters.
