She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Mullins and Irene Mullins of Corbin Kentucky. She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas Mullins (Pab Mullins) and Bo Knight (Tiny Knight); and her nephews, Dr. Anthony Mullins and Keegan Knight. She is also survived by other friends and relatives.
