She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Clark and Esther Clark; her brother James Clark; and her son-in-law Rick Elliott. She is survived by: her husband Robert Douglas; her children, Jeffrey Douglas (Kathy) and Julia Douglas Elliott; her grandchildren, Jason Douglas (Allaina), Mark Douglas, Rachel Reynolds and Sarah Elliott; and also Jason Douglas, Jr..

As we are in the season of Lent, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the UK Sanders-Brown Center on Aging.
