She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew J. Amato and Kathleen Fitzpatrick Amato; and her siblings, Vincena Amato, Louise Amato Jones, JoAnn Amato McKinney, Elisabeth Forman Rives, Kathleen Forman Warren, Justina Forman Modica, Matthew J. Amato, Jr., Louis J. Amato and William Forman.
She is survived by: her brother James G. Amato; and her sister-in-law Bobbye Gayle Amato. She is also survived by 209 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Memphis), Surgery on Sunday (Lexington), Bluegrass Care Navigators (Lexington) or the Lexington Catholic High School Building a Better Future Capital Campaign.
