He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Davis of Barbourville, KY, Marsha Moore (Marcus) of Winchester, KY and Teri Walters (Michael) of Winchester, KY; his grandchildren, Kelly Phipps, Cassandra Baker, Ellen Kenimer, Mason Moore, Mark Moore and Thomas Walters; and his sister-in-law Edna Coffman. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
