He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kevin and Kathleen Kearns Charters; and his grandparents, Martin, Julia Kearns, Arthur and Helen Charters.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Green Charters; and his daughter Jamaica Danielle Charters (Clyde Madison).
