She was predeceased by: her parents, Heber Osborne and Belle Van Gilder (Lynch); her husband Homer H. Perry; her son Philip L. Perry; her brothers, Heber Osborne II (Lena) and William Lynch Van Gilder (Shirley); and her former husband Winfield Young of Mowrystown, OH..

She is survived by: her brother Hebe; her brother-in-law Paul Howell; her daughter Barbara Hauke (William) of Lexington, KY; her daughter-in-law Jeanne Perry of Seattle, WA; her grandchildren, Carrie Hauke Glover (Jeremy), Christopher Hauke (Ambor Bends), Perry Andrew Hauke and Nikkia Perry Scherrer (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Olivia Cathers, Liam, Colin Hauke, Aidan, Sophia and Quinn Scherrer; and her siblings-in-law, Mildred Howell, Nora Easter, Delbert Entler and Leroy Easter. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
