She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Baldwin and Anna Baldwin; her former husband Richard Jett; and her siblings, Elizabeth Mason (Baldwin), Eliza Evans (Baldwin), McKinley, Bennie, Robert, Jerry and Ned Baldwin.

She is survived by: her sisters, Anna Denny (Baldwin) and Mary Vernita Turner (Baldwin); her niece Nelcedealia Perkins; her great-nieces, Vada Brown Coles (Vincent) and Venessa Brown Montgomery (Charles); and her close friends, Gary Young and Lizette Parks. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
