It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Clay of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on May 16, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Clay, Jr. and Dorothy Lair Clay; and her brother Samuel Clay, III. She is survived by: her siblings, Kate C. Barret and Charlton A. Clay (Tom Douglas Parrish); her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Barret Stilz (Coley), Anne Barret Wallin (Jason), Lauren Clay Barret, Molly Clay Baird, Hannah Ruth Clay and Samuel Clay, IV; and her sister-in-law Whitney Elvove Clay.
