He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Vires and Alfie Vires; his wife Betty Jane Vires; and his son David Vires. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Vires, Michael Howard, Brenda Osten (Gary), Cindy Rigsby and Terry Wood; his siblings, Virginia Smith (Frank), William Vires and Michael Ray Vires; and his grandchildren, Cheryl, James Halderman, Daniel and Candice Eades. He is also survived by Three other grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
