She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Wilcox and Navy; her sons, Steven, David and John Mark; her husband Billy Salsman; her brother Don Wilcox; her sister-in-law Penny Wilcox of Asheville, NC; her nephew Steven (Brenda) of Millersville, MD; her great-nephews, Josh (Aleah) of Hampton, VA and Caleb of Millersville, MD; her great-niece Rachel (David) of Redding, CA; her nephew David (Jenni) of Nicholasville, KY; her great-nephew John Mark (Stephanie) of Winston Salem, NC; and also, William and Elyse "EJ" of Winston Salem, NC.. She was also cherished by several other cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
