She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Fogg. She is survived by: her children, Chris Fogg (Nicole), Lauren Middleton and Andrew Fogg (Chandis); her grandchildren, Payton, Evelyn, Colt, Elwood, Cora, Addie, Annie and Michael; and her siblings, Janice Berryman (John Melita) and Danny Hester (Kim).
