The passing of Margaret Steele of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 25, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Steele and Clara Mae Hendren Steele; her son Troy Wayne Hart; her grandsons, Cameron Hart and Taylor Cheak; and her siblings, Paul, Clarence, Donald, Leonard, Eugene, Glendan Steele, Rebecca Dennis, Francis McCormick, Annetta Mobley, Virginia Goldman and Linda Lingenfelter.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Cheak (David), Tracy Hart, Todd Hart (Marla) and Thaddeus Hart; her sister Loretta "Dodi" Hammons; and her grandchildren, Micah (Beth), Nathan (Nicole), Brandon Cheak, Lydia Bolin, Chase, Caitlin Eckler, Colin Hart, Logan Curtis (Abigail), Gannon, Skyler, Payton Hart, Hunter, Mackenzie, Tanner and Konnor Hart. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Springhill Cemetery Pavilion (529 N Greenville St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330).
