She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Frye and Virgie Frye (Milburn); and her siblings, Elizabeth Springfield, Ardell Hays, Jimmy Frye and Do Frye.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Mattingly and Debbie Davila of Lexington; her siblings, Betty A. Frye of Harrodsburg, KY, William Frye (Peggy) of Lexington, KY and Larry K. Frye of Harrodsburg, KY.; her grandchildren, Brandon Wayne Mattingly and Tasha Galindo; her great grandchildren, Brandon Lee Mattingly, Olivia Hunter, Cynthia Allen, Jess Tamayo, Brian Gonzalas and Dylan Galindo; and her great great grandchildren, Lilly Allen, Zoe Allen and Jude Allen.
