She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garth and Fannie Garth; her husband Deacon Richard Blackford, Jr.; and her great grandchild Keyshawn. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Taylor (Blackford) and Sheron Haynes (Blackford); her grandchildren, Tiana, Chante', Cheyenne, Asia, Scott II and Sean; her great grandchildren, Da'Shaun and Kennadi; and her sisters-in-law, Joan (James Garth) and Betty Ragland (Robert). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
