She was predeceased by: her husband Levi Collins, Jr.; her parents, Thomas W. Turley and Nannie Reynolds Turley; and her daughter Nola Matthews. She is survived by: her children, Tony Collins (Barbara Krug) of Lexington, KY and Yasmin Bittaye of Frankfort, KY; and her grandchildren, Angelia Williams (Danny), Donald Roy (Debbie), Edward Roy (Sharon), Paula Harding (Phillip), Eric Collins (Kim), Natasha Reeves (C. D.) and Elisha Collins (Jarrod Clark). She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; and numerous great great grandchildren.
