She is survived by: her children, John Mayo (Krista) of Lexington and Kim Barnard of Frankfort; her brother Bernie Cornett (JoAnn) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Smith of Lexington, Abby Smith of Lexington, Rauri Barnard of Lexington, Jonathan Mayo of Lexington, William Mayo of Lexington, Alexander Mayo of Lexington and Peyton Mayo of Lexington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
