It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynne Santen Lewis of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Santen and Gladys Santen of Paris; and her siblings, Audrey, Joan and David.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth H. Lewis; her daughters, Leigh Oder (Michael) and Christie Young (Lucas); and her grandsons, Simon Rangel and Jacob Young. She is also survived by animals, Lynne had numerous friends.
