She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Rita Mattingly; her parents, Thomas Aloysius Mattingly and Dortha Hollon Mattingly; and her brother John T. Mattingly. She is survived by: her husband Charles Bernard Hagan; her daughter Lisa Marie Balko (Tom) of Lexington; her grandsons, Michael, CJ and Daniel Balko; and her siblings, Sharon Mudd Peters (Frank) of Lebanon, Cheryl Hamilton Yates (Kenny) of Perryville, Charlie David Mattingly (Corrine) of Springfield, James Mark (Pinkie), Mary Pauline (Polly), Newton (Steve) and Elizabeth Carol Thompson (Nicky) of Raywick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
