He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carlisle Howard and Glendora Howard; his fiancée Rita Hill; his siblings, Elliott Russell Howard and Anna Marie Wheat (Phillip); his nephews, Phillip Carlisle Wheat (Lisa) and James Russell Howard; and his niece Stephanie Lynn Howard. He was also cherished by three great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Milward (1509 Trent Blvd, Lexington, KY 40515). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Howard's Funeral Service (1509 Trent Blvd, Lexington, KY 40515).
