We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2023, at the age of 85, Lyen Connor Crews Sr. (Lexington, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Walter Lyen Crews; and his former wife Dawana Faye Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Helen Thompson Crews; his children, Lyen Crews II (Pamela) and Laura Edgin (Curtis); his stepdaughters, Susan Hayse (John), Lynn Erickson and Amy Thompson (Michelle); his sister LouEllen of William, M. D.; his grandchildren, Anthony Pernice (Emily), Elizabeth Novielli (Paul), Erin Edgin and Abigail Gellert (Grant); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Thomas Pernice, Aubrey June Pernice, Christian Reed Novielli and Reagan Elizabeth Novielli. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
