She was predeceased by: her parents, Talbott Rankin and Nellie Rankin; and her husband James C. Wells. She is survived by: her children, Don M. Wells, James D. Wells and Patricia Lynn Brown. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent to the Lexington Humane Society.
