She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Frazier; and her sibling Atwood Frazier. She is survived by: her children, James R. Leake (Janice) and Brenda Leake Rice (Brent); her grandchildren, Jamie Rice Leveridge (Greg), Virginia Leake Smith (Trey), William Brandon Rice and Douglas Rudolph Leake (Anne); and her great grandchildren, Juliet Leveridge, V. V. Leake, Davis Leveridge, Mills Smith and Lisle Leake.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lexington Cancer Foundation, 1504 College Way, Lexington, KY 40502.
