He is survived by: his spouse Billie Kay Fain; his cousin Barbara Rankin of Lexington; his friends, Bob Sanders, Jim Cummins, Joe Corbett and John Hukle; his caregivers, Jennifer, Glenda and Katie; and also, Jackie Higgins of Lexington, Bonnie Fields (Paul) of Georgetown, Hal King of Lexington, Phil King of Paris and Matthew Rankin of Berea.
