It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Louise Adams Headley (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on October 9, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Duval Adams Headley and Betty Graham Headley; and her nieces, Sara Elizabeth Headley, Noviello and Constance Mary Headley.

She is survived by: her sister Sara Elizabeth Headley of Lexington, KY; her nephew Duval Adams Headley, II; her great-nephew Graham Conrad Dick of Atlanta, GA; and her great-niece Margaret Louise Dick of Sewanee, TN.. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Saint Joseph's Hospital Foundation.
