Lorna Rollean Painter Obituary

Lorna Rollean Painter was born November 27th, 1946 in Paris, KY. She was the widow of Samuel L. Painter Jr. She was preceded in death by her parent's Reatha and Rolla Leggett, one brother James Collins, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is survived by one brother William Leggett, 2 sons Samuel Painter (Amy) and John Painter (Nita) and one daughter Jennifer Mays. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Michael, Jessica, Will, Elizabeth, Elynor, Madeleine, Samantha, Caleb, and Aiden. 1 Great grandchildren Harley, and 1 soon to be here Viridian. She spent her life helping others as a Nurse, her latest employment and where she retired from was The University of Kentucky. Her final wish was to be interred with her husband at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.

Services will be at Lexington First Church of God 505 Kingston Road at 2:00 P.M. with visitation starting at 1. There will be no graveside services.
