She is survived by: her husband James Edward Mullins; her children, James E. Mullins Jr., Marty Mullins of Lexington, KY, Kimberly Green (Scott) of Jacksonville, FL and Dana Mullins of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew Mullins and Cameron Green; her great grandchild Christopher Mullins; her siblings, Dixie Carpenter (Lloyd) of Versailles, KY, Donald Mattingly and Pamela Mattingly; and her sister-in-law Connie Adair.

In lieu of flowers memorial can be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care, 1733 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40504.
