Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
