“In loving memory of Linda Warren-Hunter. I just found out that judge Hunter is deceased. To say that I'm deeply shocked and sorrowful is an understatement. I admired her as a judge and the first black female judge I ever met in person. I thought she had a brilliant mind and a soothing voice that calmed me during my service as a juror. I regret not having the opportunity to know her better. My heart goes out to the family. My prayers are with you always.”
