She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chisley and Louise Chisley of Versailles, Kentucky.; her siblings, William Chisley, Michael Chisley (Donna) and Eva Chisley; and her grandparents, Ophelia, Frank Williams and Andrew Mulder.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas Allen (Temicula), Melissa Robinson (Talbor) and Angela Quincy (Raphael); her siblings, Robbin Ann Burdette, Deborah Ophelia Tapp (Thomas) and Frank Edward Chisley (Jane); and her close friend Jeffrey Anderson.
