She is survived by : her siblings, Pauline Lewis, Silvia Menefee, Edith Brown and Jerry; her children, Angela Obaro (Hamza), Samantha Norman and Eman Norman; and her grandchildren, Anna Norman, Asia Broadus, Laila Norman, Indyia Broadus, MiKhia Oden, Mykel Oden, Micah Oden, Chad Obaro, Isabella Norman and Michelle Norman.
