She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Bowling and Doris Maggard; and her siblings, Donna Bowling, Debbie Ball and Robert Bowling.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Couch of Lexington and Leslie Hacker of London; her sisters, Diane Stancil (Robert) and Brenda Stivers of Lexington; her grandson James Sizemore; and her nieces and nephews, Robert Stancil II, Kenneth Tincher, Beverly Smith and Melinda Burns. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
