She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Adkins and Julia Prewitt Adkins; and her husband Dallas Ison. She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Nugent, Kim Canter and Lisa Ison. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
