With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lena Bushell (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Benton, Kentucky, who passed away on November 28, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos English and Lalah Egner English. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Gordy; her grandchildren, Candy Reed (Kenny), Chris Clem, Cindy Weems and Michelle Hansen; and her close friends, Cape and Louise Anderson. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Oleika Shrine Temple Transportation Fund, 326 Southland Drive, Lexington, KY 40503.
