With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Chiles (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on May 11, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Emmett Lawrence "Buddy". He is survived by: his wife Jane Johnson Chiles; his sons, Lawrence McDowell "Mac" Chiles Jr. (Brittney), Martin "Marty" David Chiles and Andrew Land Chiles (Chase Gullett); his grandchildren, Lawrence "Law" McDowell Chiles III of Lexington, KY., Kathryn Elizabeth Chiles of Lexington, KY. and Martin Henry Chiles of Lexington, KY.; his son Larry; and his siblings-in-law, Katie Dawson (Ed), Peg Reynolds (Scott), Julie Darnieder (Mark), Karen Sokal (Steve) and Tom Johnson (Ann). He is also survived by siblings, their spouses and his many nieces and nephews.
