With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Albert Hobbs of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on November 8, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Georgann Hobbs; his parents, Dr. Thomas G. Hobbs and Martha Brownie Hobbs; his children, Stephanie (Rodney), Moss and David (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Caroline, Sarah Moss, Whitney and Benjamin Hobbs; and his siblings, Dr. John Hobbs, Martha Ann Means and Nancy Duncan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lexington – Baptist Heath Foundation, Attn: Neurosciences.
