He was predeceased by: his parents, Orbin Hobbs and Alpharetta Baker. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Powell Hobbs; his daughters, Melissa Brock (Chris) and Heather McCay (Mason); his grandson Wesley Brock; and his siblings, Charles Hobbs (Olive), Billy Hobbs and Patricia Jones.
