With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kirk Douglas Cummins (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Cynthiana, Kentucky, who passed away on January 6, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Mae Cummins (Powell) and Roy Cummins; his siblings, Kathleen Cummins, Jeffery Cummins and Eugene Lewis; and his nephews, Jacobi Cummins and Jimmy Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra King Cummins of Cincinnati, OH; his children, Christopher Cummins of Cincinnati, OH, Shalanda Snowden, Tiffany Cummins and Sarah Hill Lockhart; his stepdaughters, Jill Tucker, Juliet Nared and Sharia Nared; his siblings, Patricia Thomas (Shug), Michael Cummins and Roy Lee Cummins; and his close friends, Ron Allen and Cregg Hill. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
At the wishes of our father and due to increase COVID cases, there will not be a funeral or memorial services.
