He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett T. Kelley and Virgina Hill Kelley; his daughter Robin Hill Kelley; and his brother Billy Elmer Kelley. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Ann Kelley and Amy Piper Kelley (Jimmy); his sister Linda Pearl Kelley; and his grandchildren, Kristan Jones (Nick), Hunter Kelley (Christin), Kimber Adkins (Jerry) and Kenneth Hall. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
