He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Ann Cornish; his daughters, Stephanie Ann Songer and Kendra Anisa Cornish Foreman; and his grandsons, Andrew and Evan Foreman.
He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Alitzer (Mark Alitzer); and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Alitzer (Traci Alitzer), Susan Foreman, Keith Cornish (Kristen) and Cathy Cornish.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors (391 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY 40503).
